Hey guys, I just wanted to let every one know that an AN-94 Re-Make is in the works. I was playing a bit of Battlefield 3 and decided it would be a nice gun to revisit, with some new features of course. So, look forward to AN-94 pictures today or tomorrow. Also, the Scar MK.20 SSR should have its own page soon.
So this is a rough draft version of this sniper rifle. This one started out as the Scar-PDW MK.II and anything in Dark Red and Bright Orange was a change from the PDW. This was a really cool MOC to work on and the first of it's kind ever built out of Legos. I'm hoping to actually debut this model soon. So what do you guys think so far? Comment down
So for the first ever Blog post I'm going to discus the FN Herstal Scar-PDW MK.II that I just built a few days ago. So here it is the FN Herstal Scar-PDW MK.II. I'm going to start off by saying this version looks far better than the original I did. I started with the Scar-HAMR MK.II, chopped off most of the Upper Receiver's length, and shortened the barrel to match the overall proportions of the model. Something to notice here is the non-exposed rubber band reset system. On the older model, you could see where the Bolt's Charging Handle stopped, and where the rubber band holder was at, no worries though, I fixed it here. I then moved backwards from the front, redesigning the magazine, and adding an awesome ACOG from Allen's Custom Lego. Then came the biggest task, the stock. I went through three designs of the stock trying to figure out how to get it looking right, and decently in proportion, and finally ended up with this design that just compliments the over all design. So what do you think, do you like this one better than the first one, and what improvements do you think I can make?
